Parmesan Fish Fillets is easy to cook. The dressing of onions gives the Parmesan Fish Fillets a great taste.
Ingredients
  Fish fillets 3
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Snipped fresh tarragon/1/8 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green onions 3 , sliced
Directions

Roll up fish fillets; place seam sides down in square microwavable dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 3 minutes; drain.
Mix sour cream, cheese, paprika and tarragon; spread over fish.
Cover loosely and microwave until fish flakes easily with fork, 3 to 6 minutes.
Sprinkle with onions.
Let stand covered 2 minutes.
