Boned Herring

Ingredients
  Herring 6 Large
  Pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon (As Required)
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon (As Required)
  Buttered toast slices 6
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by selecting fish with roes
2. Now place the fish and split, wash, scrape, and remove head, roe and backbone
3.Also cut the roe into pieces

MAKING
4.Place the fish and sprinkle with pepper, salt and minced parsley
5.Take the fish and roll each piece tightly, starting from the wide end, and tie it with a string
6.In a pot, pour water and place the pieces, let it boil, also season with pepper, salt and vinegar, keep simmering for 10-15 minutes
7.In a pan, place the roe pieces and fry them

SERVING
8.Serve by, topping oatmeal over it or serve with fried bacon slices
