Turban Of Fish

Turban Of Fish is yummy. The mix in the bread, lime juice, salt and pepper gives the Turban Of Fish a yumlogical taste. Must catch it.
Ingredients
For stuffing
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Ingrdients to be chopped finely
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Capsicum 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chilli 1
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), crushed
  Shredded stale bread 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lime 1 , juiced
  Fish fillets 400 Gram, salted and kept for 20 minutes and then washed (Preferably Pomfret)
  Hot tomato sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cucumber slice 4 (For Garnish)
  Lime slice 4 (For Garnish)
Directions

To prepare the stuffing, cover and microwave butter, chopped ingredients and garlic in a bowl for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
Let it stand for 10 minutes.
Then mix in the bread, lime juice, salt and pepper.
Line a round buttered bowl, with the fish fillets.
Pat the stuffing in the middle of the bowl and press it down.
Cover with a microwave plastic wrap.
Place the bowl in a shallow dish of hot water.
Microwave for 20 minutes (the centre should be firm, or else microwave for another 5 minutes).
Let it stand 5 minutes then invert the bowl on a serving platter and pour hot tomato sauce over it.
Garnish with cucumber and lime slices.
