|Poached flaked fish||2 Cup (32 tbs) (mixed)|
|Poached and chopped prawns||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fresh breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Finely chopped celery||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomato ketchup||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||3 , lightly beaten|
|Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomato slices||6 (for garnish)|
|Cucumber slices||6 (for garnish)|
Mix all the ingredients well together and pat firmly in a 1 1/2 Quart or a 6 cup bowl.
Cover and microwave for 10 minutes.
Let it stand for 5 minutes.
The centre should be firm.
Then invert the bowl on a serving platter.
Garnish with tomato and cucumber slices.
