Moulded Fish

Moulded Fish has a trllings taste. The Worcestershire sauce and sugar gives the Moulded Fish a unique taste. Must catch it.
Ingredients
  Poached flaked fish 2 Cup (32 tbs) (mixed)
  Poached and chopped prawns 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Finely chopped celery 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato ketchup 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 , lightly beaten
  Melted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato slices 6 (for garnish)
  Cucumber slices 6 (for garnish)
Directions

Mix all the ingredients well together and pat firmly in a 1 1/2 Quart or a 6 cup bowl.
Cover and microwave for 10 minutes.
Let it stand for 5 minutes.
The centre should be firm.
Then invert the bowl on a serving platter.
Garnish with tomato and cucumber slices.
