Fish Steaks With Citrus
|Fish steaks||740 Gram (4 pieces, 185 gram each)|
|Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
Brush the fish with melted butter and place in a shallow flameproof dish. Season with salt and pepper. Combine the juice of half the orange and lemon with remaining butter. Pour half the liquid over fish and slice remaining halves of fruit. Place fish under a preheated hot grill and cook for 4 minutes. Remove dish from grill, pour over remaining fruit juice, top fish with sliced fruit, return to grill and cook for a further 5 minutes or until fish is cooked through and golden. Take care not to overcook. Serve with tomato salad.
