Fish A La King

Ingredients
  Flaked cooked fish 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped pimiento/Red pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Onion juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Medium white sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Hot toast 4
Directions

Mix together fish, pimento tor pepper,-parsley, and onion juice; add to white sauce.
Heat in top of double boiler.
Serve on toast
