Salmon Ball

Ingredients
  Canned salmon 32 Ounce, drained (2 Cans Of 16 Ounce Each / 2 Cups)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Finely chopped onion/1 teaspoon instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Snipped parsley 3
Directions

In bowl, combine all ingredients except parsley; mix well.
Refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm enough to shape.
Shape mixture into a ball; roll in parsley.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
