Cheese And Anchovy Crostini

Ingredients
  Thin white bread slices 8
  Anchovy fillets 32
  Mozzarella cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Clarified butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
Directions

Place a thin slice of mozzarella cheese on each bread slice and top with anchovy fillet.
Add a little oregano.
Sandwich with another finger of bread.
Heat butter in pan and fry sandwiches on both sides until golden brown.
Serve warm.
