Baked Fish With Anchovy Butter

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 1 Pound
  Soft butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Anchovy paste 3 Tablespoon
  Fine cracker crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix the butter and anchovy paste and spread the fillets with it inside and out.
Lay in a well greased bakingdish, sprinkle with crumbs and bake until tender.
Baste with a little water or white wine.
When done add lemon juice and chopped parsley.
