Golden Fried Fish

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 2 Pound (Or Steaks)
  Cracker meal/Toasted bread crumbs corn meal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parsley flakes 2 Teaspoon
  Ground thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooking oil/Shortening 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash and dry fish.
In shallow pan or plastic bag, combine cracker meal, parsley and thyme.
Mix well.
Dip fish in milk, then in cracker meal mixture; coat both sides.
In large fry pan, cook fish in hot oil 2 to 3 minutes per side until crisp and golden.
Season with salt and pepper.
Fish should flake easily with a fork when done.
Drain on paper toweling.
Serve on heated platter.
If desired, garnish with lemon wedges and parsley if desired.
