Sweet And Sour Fish

Ingredients
  Halibut fillets/Haddock fillets 3 Pound
  Peanut oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lime juice 4 Tablespoon (Of 2 Limes)
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Shrimp 1 Pound
Directions

If frozen, thaw fish slowly in the refrigerator.
Cut fillets or thawed blocks into 1 inch cubes.
Combine the oil, lime juice and soy sauce and pour over the fillets.
Skewer the cubes, alternating with an occasional peeled, deveined shrimp.
Reserve marinade for basting.
Serve with Sweet and Sour Vegetable Skewers, Sweet and Sour Sauce and steamed rice.
Curry Variation: Skewer the fish cubes with cucumber and scallion pieces and baste with oil while cooking.
Serve with Curry Sauce and bowls of toasted slivered almonds, raisins, chutney, peanuts and toasted coconut.
