Grilled Arctic Char
|Arctic char filleted||1|
|Oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced (0.5 Teaspoon Garlic Powder)|
Put fish fillets into a shallow dish.
Mix oil, vinegar, thyme, and garlic; pour over fish.
Marinate fillets 2 to 4 hours.
Drain off marinade and reserve.
Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
Grill 10 minutes per inch thickness of fish, turn once and brush with marinade.
