Florentine Plaice (Flounder) Fillets

The florentine flounder fillets are prepared with frozen and chopped spinach along with cheese and frozen fillets. Cooked in te oven with cream and cheese sauce, the florentine flounder fillets are seasoned with salt and pepper and flavored with nutmeg. dotted with butter, it is a lovely meal when paired with vegetables.
  Frozen chopped spinach 6 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Frozen plaice fillets 8 Ounce
  Instant cheese sauce 5 Ounce
  Grated nutmeg 1
  Double cream 1 Tablespoon
  Cheddar cheese 1 1⁄2 Ounce, grated
  Breadcrumbs 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon

Heat the oven to 350 F (Gas Mark 4, 180°C).
Butter a shallow baking dish and place the spinach in it.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Arrange the fish fillets on top of the spinach and season again.
Make up the cheese sauce according to the instructions on the packet and add a few good gratings of nutmeg.
Pour the sauce over the fish and sprinkle the grated cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
Dot with flecks of butter and bake on the top shelf of the oven for 20 minutes.
