This Steamed Fish With Mushrooms makes a mindblowing partner for noodles ! Try this steamed sea fish and mushroom for your next meal ! Serve it up with your favorite savory sauces and just enjoy !
  Porgy 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Dried mushrooms 8
  Ham 1⁄8 Pound, shredded (Smithfiled)
  Ginger slice 3 , finely chopped
  Scallion 1 , sliced
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon

Wash and soak the mushrooms in hot water and when soft, stem and cut them into 1/4 inch strips.
Cut the ham into shreds.
Wash the fish and dry it well.
Rub the inside and outside with the oil.
Place on a hot shallow dish and cover the fish with the mushrooms, ham, ginger, scallion, soy sauce, seasonings and the remainder of the oil.
Place a rack in a pan filled up to 2 inches of water.
When the water is boiling furiously, place the fish on the rack and steam for 15 minutes.
Remove from the steamer and serve very hot
