Ingredients
  Mahi mahi fillets 24 Ounce (Four 6 Ounce Pieces)
  Cantaloupe 1⁄2 , minced
  Honeydew melon 1⁄2 , minced
  Whole pineapple 1 , diced small
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Strawberries 2 , halved
  Chopped mint leaf 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Season the mahimahi.
Grill 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Combine the cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple and honey in a bowl and mix well.
Divide the fruit mixture among 4 dinner plates.
Place a fillet on each and top with half a strawberry and mint.
