Baked Fish A La Spetses

The baked fish is a lovely recipe for baked fish that I often prepare for home meals. Baked with a mix of wine combined with parsley, garlic and basil for flavor along with salt and pepper, the aroma of the baked fish a la spestes is so good, you would think that this gourmet! try this recipe with a fresh and crispy side salad.
Ingredients
  Fish fillets 4 Pound (Turbot, Whitefish, Bass, Mullet)
  Fresh tomatoes 4 , peeled and sliced
  Olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  White wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic clove 1 Large, crushed in a garlic press
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Feta cheese slice 4 (1 Slice For Each Portion)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Put fillets into a baking dish.
In a bowl, combine tomatoes, olive oil, wine, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and basil.
Pour over fillets.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 375°F 40 minutes.
Top fillets with feta cheese slices.
Broil 1 or 2 minutes
