Lemony Fried Fish Fillets
|Fresh lemon||1⁄2 , peel grated|
|Fresh lemon||1 , juiced|
|Onion salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sole/Cod / other white fish fillets||1 Pound|
|Flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Butter/Corn oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Parsley sprigs||1 Tablespoon|
Combine lemon peel, juice and onion salt in a large shallow dish.
Add fillets; let stand 5 to 10 minutes, turning once.
Meanwhile, in another shallow dish, combine flour and paprika; lightly coat fillets with flour mixture.
Heat butter in a large skillet; saute fillets 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with lemon wedges and parsley.
