Fish Sticks Orleans
|Frozen fish sticks||2 Pound (With Sauce Mix, 2 Packages)|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Tomatoes||1 Can (10 oz), broken up|
|Diced green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon (Original)|
Prepare fish sticks according to package directions. (Reserve packets of sauce mix.)
Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan.
Add onion; saute until tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce and salt; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until sauce is slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.
Stir in reserved sauce mix; serve over hot fish sticks.
