Baked Fish With Tomatoes, Onions, And Parsley
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onions||2 Large, chopped|
|Canned tomatoes||20 Ounce (Undrained)|
|White wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed in a garlic press|
|Fish fillets||3 Pound (Any Firm Fish Such As Turbot, Bass, Grouper, Or Red Snapper May Be Used)|
Heat olive oil in a saucepan.
Add onion and cook until translucent.
Add tomatoes, wine, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Simmer covered 10 minutes.
Place fish in a large baking dish.
Cover with sauce.
Bake at 350Â°F about 25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
