Fish With Tarragon Butter

Thaw 1 pound frozen fish fillets.
Cut in 4 pieces.
Salt and pepper.
Place on greased broiler pan.
Spread with Tarragon Butter; broil 4 inches from heat about 4 to 5 minutes.
Serve as second course of meal, passing extra Butter.
Tarragon Butter: Cream 1/4 cup butter till fluffy; blend in 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
Let stand an hour at room temperature.
