Broiled Fish Parmesan
|Grated parmesan||3 Tablespoon|
|Cheese||1 Tablespoon (Or As Required)|
|Grated onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Tabasco sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Fish fillets||1 Pound (4 Pieces)|
Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, grated onion and Tabasco sauce in a small bowl; mix well.
Wash fish fillets; pat dry.
Place fillets on a shallow baking tray; place under a preheated broiler 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
Spread mayonnaise mixture on fish; return to broiler and broil about 4 minutes longer, or until topping is brown and bubbly, and fish is easily flaked with a fork.
