Fast Fish Dinner
|Canned tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained (1 Pound Can)|
|Diced celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Onions||2 Medium, sliced|
|Frozen fish fillets||1 Pound, cut into bite size pieces|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Canned potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained|
|Parsley sprigs||2 (For Garnish)|
Put drained tomatoes and butter in medium skillet; bring to a boil.
Add celery and onions; simmer until onions are soft, 3 to 5 minutes.
Add fish, salt, pepper, and potatoes, stirring once.
Cover skillet; simmer this 10 minutes.
Garnish with parsley, and serve.
