Fish Cornmeal Balls

Ingredients
  Fish 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked and flaked
  Cornmeal crush 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked
  Egg 1
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Soy flour 1 Tablespoon
  Dulse 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Nutritional yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Fennel seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chives 3 Tablespoon, minced
  Wheat germ 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients and mold into balls.
Roll in wheat germ.
Drop into simmering fish stock or soup.
Cover.
Simmer for 10 minutes variation Shape mixture into patties.
Broil until brown on each side.
