Baked Fish And Tomato Gratin
|Butter||15 Gram, melted|
|White boneless fish fillets||750 Gram|
|Grated cheese||200 Gram|
|Tomatoes||4 , sliced|
|Oregano||15 Gram, finely chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
Grease an ovenproof baking dish with the butter.
Arrange a single layer of fish fillets in the dish.
Sprinkle with one-third of the cheese and top with half the tomatoes.
Dust with oregano and garlic and season to taste.
Arrange another layer of fish, some cheese and the rest of the tomato slices.
Finish with a topping of the remaining cheese.
Bake in a moderately hot oven for 30 minutes, or till the cheese has melted and is lightly browned.
Remove and serve immediately.
