Grilled Sawara Uwan

Grilled sawara uwan is a Japanese preparation of grilled kingfish filltes. Marinated with soy sauce, lemon juice and black pepper, the kingifhs fillets are grilled to a finish and are delicately flavored and balanced in taste.
|Kingfish fillets||880 Gram|
|Lemons||2 , juiced|
|Soy sauce||70 Milliliter (Kikkoman)|
|Cracked black pepper||1 Pinch|
Slice the fillet of kingfish into slanted 110 gm slices and marinate with lemon juice, soy sauce, and black pepper for 20 minutes.
Grill till done.
When the fish is cooked, present on a platter.
