Curried Fish With Roasted Peanuts
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Combine butter, onion and garlic together.
Cook for 2 minutes on HIGH.
Stir in flour, lemon grass, cumin, coriander and chilli pepper.
Cook for 1 minute on HIGH.
Stir in satay sauce and fish fillets.
Cook for 4-5 minutes on MEDIUM HIGH, stirring every 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with roasted peanuts.
Serve with boiled rice.
