Soy Halibut Steaks
|Halibut steaks||2 Pound (Fresh Or Frozen)|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated lemon peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
If fish is frozen, thaw.
Arrange fish in single layer in shallow dish.
Mix remaining ingredients; pour on steaks.
Cover and refrigerate.
About 20 minutes before serving, set oven control at broil and 550Â°.
Arrange Soy Halibut Steaks on broiler rack; reserve marinade for basting.
Broil steaks with tops about 3 inches from heat until brown, 4 to 6 minutes.
Brush with reserved sauce; turn and brush again.
Broil until fish flakes easily with fork, 4 to 6 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and lemon slices', if desired.
