Baked Fish Loaf

|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Whole wheat flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Soybeans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), roasted and grounded|
|Fish||2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked and flaked|
|Dulse||1 Teaspoon, minced|
|Nutritional yeast||3 Tablespoon|
|Nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground|
|Cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
Blend all ingredients thoroughly.
Turn into oiled loaf pan.
Bake at 350Â° F. for 50 to 60 minutes, until loaf is firm.
This may be served hot or cold.
