Spinach Wrapped Fish

The spinach wrapped fish is a microwaved recipe for a an easy side made with sea perch and spinach. Cooked with the fish fillets wrapped in spinach leaves, the spinach wrapped fish can be served with hollandaise sauce. Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
Ingredients
  Perch fillets 4 , skin removed
  Spinach 4 , stalk removed
Directions

Place washed spinach in large bowl; cover and cook for 1 minute on HIGH.
Fold fish in half and wrap in spinach leaves.
Arrange fish on dinner plate, cover and cook for 6 minutes on MEDIUM, turn and drain halfway through cooking time.
Serve with hollandaise sauce with 2 teaspoons seeded mustard.
