Stuffed Fish

Ingredients
  Bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Melted butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 1 , beaten
  Fish 3 Pound, cleaned, scaled, and eviscerated
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix the stuffing ingredients together.
Stuff the fish lightly.
Wrap the fish in cheesecloth.
Put rack in cooker and set fish on rack.
Pour white wine over the fish.
Close cover.
Set pressure control in place and, when pressure is reached, cook for 8 minutes.
Cool pressure cooker at once under running water.
Serve.
