Salmon Ball

Ingredients
  Canned salmon 15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and flaked
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated onion 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients, stir well.
Chill thoroughly.
Shape into a ball, and roll in chopped parsley.
Serve with assorted crackers, and garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
To freeze, place salmon ball in an airtight container in freezer.
To serve, remove from freezer; let thaw completely.
