Fish Bake

This fish bake is an easy preparation that can be made with any fish of choice. baked with will and seasoned with salt and pepper with a flour coating, the fish bake can be served with croutons and a side of mashed potato or salad.
  Cod 2 Pound, fresh or frozen (pike, pollack or flounder fillets)
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Croutons 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted

If fish is frozen, thaw.
Heat oven to 350°.
Cut fish into serving pieces.
Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Coat fish with flour mixture.
Arrange fish in single layer in ungreased baking dish, 13 1/2X9X2 inches.
Sprinkle dill weed on fish; pour milk on top.
Bake uncovered 45 minutes.
Toss croutons with butter; sprinkle on fish.
(To serve immediately, bake 10 minutes longer.) Cover and refrigerate.
