Turbot in a Yogurt Mask
|Turbot/Sole fillets||1 Pound|
|Low fat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||2 Tablespoon|
|Green onion||1 , chopped|
|Garlic salt||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Minced parsley||3 Tablespoon|
Lay fish fillets in a lightly greased baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Stir together the yogurt, wine, egg yolk, onion, garlic salt, and parsley and spread over the fish, covering completely.
Bake in a 375Â° oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
