Turbot In A Yogurt Mask

Ingredients
  Turbot/Sole fillets 1 Pound
  Low fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry white wine 2 Tablespoon
  Egg yolk 1
  Green onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Minced parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Lay fish fillets in a lightly greased baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Stir together the yogurt, wine, egg yolk, onion, garlic salt, and parsley and spread over the fish, covering completely.
Bake in a 375° oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
Contains 150 calories per serving.
