Ingredients
  Canned anchovy fillets 1⁄8 Pound
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Dry sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Saute garlic in the oil from the anchovy can for three minutes.
Add anchovies and mash to a paste.
Add sherry and bring to boiling point.
Remove from heat and add parsley.
Mix well.
