Ingredients
  Turbot fillets/Sole fillets 1 Pound
  Finely chopped parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Crumbled dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated orange peel/Grated lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
  Safflower oil/Corn oil 2 Teaspoon
  Cherry tomatoes 1 Dozen, halved
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Garlic salt To Taste
Directions

Arrange fish in a lightly buttered baking dish and season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
Mix together the parsley, onions, basil, citrus peel, and oil and strew over fish.
Arrange tomatoes cut side down on top.
Bake uncovered in a 375° oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
Contains about 140 calories per serving.
