Ingredients
  Anchovy fillets 8 , cut in small pieces
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 , thinly sliced
  Tomatoes 750 Gram, peeled and chopped (1.5 Pound)
  Parmesan cheese 30 Gram, grated (0.25 Cup)
  Pizza dough 1 (Basic)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Spread dough on an oiled baking sheet.
Brush the dough with a mixture of the olive oil and oil from the anchovy tin.
Arrange the anchovy fillets on the pizza dough.
Spread onions and tomatoes over the dough.
Sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper.
Bake in a 450°F (230°C) oven for about 25 minutes.
