Anchovy Pizza (Pizza Con Acciughe)
|Anchovy fillets||8 , cut in small pieces|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onions||2 , thinly sliced|
|Tomatoes||750 Gram, peeled and chopped (1.5 Pound)|
|Parmesan cheese||30 Gram, grated (0.25 Cup)|
|Pizza dough||1 (Basic)|
Spread dough on an oiled baking sheet.
Brush the dough with a mixture of the olive oil and oil from the anchovy tin.
Arrange the anchovy fillets on the pizza dough.
Spread onions and tomatoes over the dough.
Sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper.
Bake in a 450Â°F (230Â°C) oven for about 25 minutes.
