Fish And Pineapple
|Halibut fillet/Another fish of your choice||1 Large|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon (To Grease)|
|Crushed pineapple||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), drained reserving juice|
|Cooked rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Breadcrumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Poultry seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Pineapple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place fish fillet in greased baking pan.
Mix together pineapple, rice, bread crumbs, onion, pepper, paprika, salt, and poultry seasoning.
Spread over fish.
Pour pineapple juice over this.
Bake in 350Â°F toaster oven until fish is tender, about 30; minutes.
