Fish And Pineapple is the real deal! The perfect blend of the myriad flavors and texture of this dish is mouthwatering. Serve the Fish And Pineapple for your dinner and experience its wondrous taste.
  Halibut fillet/Another fish of your choice 1 Large
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon (To Grease)
  Crushed pineapple 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), drained reserving juice
  Cooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pineapple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Place fish fillet in greased baking pan.
Mix together pineapple, rice, bread crumbs, onion, pepper, paprika, salt, and poultry seasoning.
Spread over fish.
Pour pineapple juice over this.
Bake in 350°F toaster oven until fish is tender, about 30; minutes.
