|Halibut||2 Pound (About 2 Inch Thick)|
|Tomato juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, quartered|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Wrap steaks in cheesecloth.
Put salt, peppercorns, tomato juice, sugar, and onion into cooker.
Add the wrapped steaks.
Close cover and set pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 10 minutes.
Cool at once under running water.
Remove fish and set on a warming platter.
Add heavy cream to the remaining juice and heat thoroughly.
Pour sauce over the fish, and serve.
