Soy Fish Steaks

  Swordfish steaks 4 (About 1 Inch Thick)
  Orange juice 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Catsup 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon

Arrange fish in a shallow 2-quart baking dish with thickest portions to outside of dish.
Combine remaining ingredients except orange slices, mixing well; pour over fish.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes, turning fish once.
Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap, and microwave at HIGH for 8 to 10 minutes, turning dish around every 3 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Let stand 2 minutes.
Garnish with orange slices, if desired.
