Packets Of Fish Fillets With Snow Peas
|Fish fillets||500 Gram (1 Pound)|
|Minced ginger root/0.25 teaspoon/1 milliliter ground ginger||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Soy sauce||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Thinly sliced carrots||175 Milliliter (0.75 Cup)|
|Snow peas||175 Milliliter (0.75 Cup)|
|Chopped green onion||25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon, White And Green Parts)|
Cut four 12-inch (30 cm) squares of parchment paper or foil; fold each into triangle, then open into square again.
Arrange each fillet, tucking ends under, on one side of each fold.
Combine ginger root, soy sauce and garlic; drizzle over fish.
Sprinkle each with carrots, snow peas and onion.
Fold into triangle again; fold edges over to seal tightly.
On baking sheet, bake packages in 450Â°F (230Â°C) oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork and vegetables are tender-crisp.
