Place almonds and butter in 8-inch micro-proof baking dish.
Cook, uncovered, on HI, 5 minutes, or until almonds and butter are golden brown.
Remove almonds and set aside.
Place fish in baking dish, turning fish to coat both sides with butter.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, dill, and pepper.
Top with parsley.
Cover with waxed paper and cook on HI, 4 minutes.
Sprinkle almonds over fish.
Cover with paper towel and cook on HI, 1 to 1 1/2 min-utes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Let stand 1 minute before serving.
