|All purpose flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fish roe/Smoked salmon pate or any caviar||7 Ounce|
|Yogurt||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Scallions||2 , sliced (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
1 Heat the water and milk until lukewarm and stir in the yeast. Add the beaten eggs and salt and blend in the flours to make a smooth batter. Leave the batter for about 1 hour.
2 Beat the batter again. Heat the oil in a large skillet and for each blini drop in 2 tablespoons batter (4 can be cooked at the same time). Cook on each side.
3 Serve the blinis topped with roe and a little yogurt and garnished with scallions.
