Sesame Fish

The Sesame Fish is an easytomake dish that you can serve for parties. They are delicious and the joy of biting into the crispy fried fish is an out of the world experience. Try the Sesame Fish, I am sure you will love it.
Ingredients
  Fish fillets 1 Pound
  Finely chopped ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Ounce
  All purpose flour 1 Ounce
  Egg 1
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Skin the fish and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the onion finely and mix together in a bowl with the ginger, sherry, salt, pepper and sugar.
Add the fish pieces and marinate for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain.
Sift the cornflour (cornstarch) and flour into a bowl.
Add egg, 3 tablespoons water and mix well.
Dip fish in this batter, then in sesame seeds.
Deep fry in hot oil until crisp and golden.
