Fish Fillets With Green Olive Sauce

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 4
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Canned tomato soup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cracker crumbs 4 Tablespoon
  Hot water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Pitted chopped olives 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Dip the fish fillets which have been cut into individual servings in beaten egg and then in finely sifted, seasoned cracker crumbs.
Saute until tender.
Meanwhile melt the fat in a saucepan, add the minced onion and cook until it is tender.
Then add the flour, stir until smooth and next add all the remaining ingredients.
When smooth and heated pour over the fish fillets and serve.
