|Bread crumbs/Cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Beat eggs, add water, and mix together.
Dip fish in egg mixture, then into bread or cracker crumbs.
Fry fish in heated oil until done.
Sprinkle with soy sauce to taste, and serve with rice, if desired.
