Raw Fish Strips is a unique dish that retains and blends the original flavors of the fish and other ingredients. Surprise your family with this genuine chinese Raw Fish Strips recipe.
Ingredients
  Flounder/Salmon fillets 1 Pound
  Scallion 1
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Black pepper 1 Pinch
  Pineapple slices 1 Medium
Directions

Skin the fish and cut into narrow strips about 2 inches long.
Chop the spring onion (scallion) very finely and put into a shallow dish with the remaining ingredients, except the pineapple.
Add the fish and toss well in the mixture.
Leave for 10 minutes.
Lift the fish out of the mixture.
Shred the pineapple very finely and mix with the fish.
