Raw Fish Strips
|Flounder/Salmon fillets||1 Pound|
|Sesame oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1 Pinch|
|Pineapple slices||1 Medium|
Skin the fish and cut into narrow strips about 2 inches long.
Chop the spring onion (scallion) very finely and put into a shallow dish with the remaining ingredients, except the pineapple.
Add the fish and toss well in the mixture.
Leave for 10 minutes.
Lift the fish out of the mixture.
Shred the pineapple very finely and mix with the fish.
