Fish And Vegetables In Foil

Ingredients
  White fish fillets 16 Ounce
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Rice wine/Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Shrimp 12
  Pepper To Taste
  Mushrooms 4
  Gingko nuts 20
Directions

Wash fish, pat dry, and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of the salt and the rice wine or sherry.
Set aside while preparing shrimp.
Keeping the shrimp in their shells, slit the shells in the backs, and remove veins.
Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper.
Wash mushrooms; set aside.
Brush a piece of foil (large enough to wrap the fish, shrimp, mushrooms, and gingko nuts in) with oil.
Lay the fish, shrimp, mushrooms, and nuts on foil; pinch ends together to seal it.
Heat frying pan over medium heat; place foil package in pan.
Cover; bake for approximately 15 minutes.
