Grilled Shark is simply irresistible, to say the least! Try this Grilled Shark; I am sure you'll have a huge fan following for this one.
Ingredients
  Italian salad dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried basil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Shark steaks 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Lemon slices 3
Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients; stir with a wire whisk until well blended.
Rinse steaks with cold water; pat dry.
Brush shark steaks with dressing mixture, and place on a hot grill coated with cooking spray.
Grill 3 to 4 inches over medium coals 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when rested with a fork.
Transfer to a serving platter, and garnish with lemon slices.
