Fish With Radishes
|Fish fillets||1 Pound|
|Shredded orange peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Sliced radishes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
If fish fillets are large, cut into 5 serving pieces.
Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper.
Place fish in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Mix orange peel, orange juice and cinnamon; pour evenly over fish.
Place onion and radish slices over fish.
Cover and cook in 350Â° oven until fish flakes easily with fork, 20 to 30 minutes.
Garnish with orange wedges if desired.
