Fish is a great source of Omega-3, and that means it is good for you!
|Tilapia fish||8 Ounce|
|Bell pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Corn kernels||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Salt||1 Pinch, crushed|
Heat large skillet or wok. Add a little cookingspray to the pan.
Stir around for 4 minutes and serve with Mango Salsa, rice of choice or tortilla chips.

StoryFish isn't fishy, and if it does smell fishy, not like a fresh ocean breeze, don't buy it. The best place to look for fresh fish is in the freezer department. Flash frozen fish is fish that is being caught and being frozen less than 2 minutes later. Look for SeaBest or Marquis brand from Beaver Fish; single vacuum sealed, so you can take out of the freezer what you need, and always have fresh fish ready to go. TIP: place bags of fish in a bowl with cold water. Fish will be defrosted in less than 10 minutes.
